A recognised expert with over 20 years in international finance and private investment, Mr Schaer has advised on more than €15 billion of transactions with deep expertise in structured finance and natural resources, fintech, and education. He has arranged financing for corporate and private acquisitions and refinancings across China, SE Asia, the GCC, CIS, and East Africa. Earlier, he developed and revitalised next-generation technology firms — including turnarounds of distressed businesses — and served as Director of a leading private investment and consulting firm. He founded a professional services firm serving private and military sectors across the US, Latin America, and Europe, later sold to a Greenwich, CT private investment group. Advisory roles have included Chairman of the Latin American Chapter of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, the Microsoft Advisory Council, and the Board of Directors of COMDEX Latin America. Omni World portfolio companies have created over €2 billion in equity value. Speaks English and Spanish.
Mr Chirinos brings extensive experience across both the operations and finance sides of mineral and petroleum trading companies, including monitoring USD 5 billion of bilateral G2G agreements and the issuance of USD 15 billion of corporate bonds. A lawyer by training, he holds advanced degrees from the University of Westminster and Marymount University. He speaks five languages and is focused on expanding Eastern Mineral's global reach.
An MBA graduate with an honorary doctorate, Dr. Lim is highly accomplished in business leadership with over 25 years of experience across telecommunications, hospitality, banking, hydropower, real estate, and forex. A proven visionary and strategist with a track record of driving growth and profitability, he holds the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Cambodian Parliament House — Ranking Secretary of State, with a specific focus on Foreign Investment.
A senior executive and business strategist with over 20 years of experience developing and leading ventures across Asia, Dr. Liew has played a key role in establishing and expanding businesses in Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Cambodia. He is recognized for his ability to identify emerging opportunities, structure strategic partnerships, and execute cross-border initiatives — spanning market expansion, corporate development, and due diligence with a focus on sustainable long-term value.
Mr Swe Min has extensive experience trading minerals and operating mines throughout Asia, alongside deep logistics expertise — he previously headed one of Singapore's largest vessel maintenance companies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Mandalay University in 1993 and completed a Diploma in Business Administration at PSB Academy of Singapore in 1998.
